Sectordub’s colorful, deceptively dark puzzle game Pikuniku is coming to PC and the Nintendo Switch courtesy for Devolver Digital. As Piku, you must explore a seemingly charming, idealistic world that’s actually full of scared, depressed citizens. So this is actually a game about uncovering state conspiracies and helping people get through their daily lives while they live in a “delightful dystopia”. Who knew?

More information about the game will be coming out of PAX West, but for now you can check out the announcement trailer below. Pikuniku is currently set to launch in 2018 on PC and the Nintendo Switch.

I remember playing Super Mario Bros. and Metroid on the NES with my older brother, and never being able to land on the aircraft carrier in Top Gun. I faked being sick so I could stay home from school and play Quake II once, but now I request days off from work instead of lying. Age of Empires II is still the best RTS, Half-Life is still the best FPS, and I still think the end of Mass Effect 3 was great!
