Sky9 Games and Curve Digital have taken the lid off of A Knight’s Quest with the announcement trailer above. It features Rusty, a reluctant hero who gets thrust into saving a kingdom from a dark force. It’s not hiding its influences, either. It looks to feature colorful worlds, puzzle-filled dungeons, giant bosses, and magical items. A Knight’s Quest appears to checking off all the Legend of Zelda checkboxes, with a great looking art style and quirky story. It’ll be great to see what the small team at Sky9 can do with the Zelda formula, as the trailer suggests we may see a few surprises along the way.

With the sequel to Breath of the Wild still some time off, it seems like the perfect opportunity to release something like this to satiate fan’s appetites. Luckily you’ll be able to get your hands on A Knight’s Quest sometime this Fall when in launches across PC, Xbox One, PS4, and Switch.

Stay tune to Voxel Voice for more in A Knight’s Quest as it’s release draws near.

I remember playing Super Mario Bros. and Metroid on the NES with my older brother, and never being able to land on the aircraft carrier in Top Gun. I faked being sick so I could stay home from school and play Quake II once, but now I request days off from work instead of lying. Age of Empires II is still the best RTS, Half-Life is still the best FPS, and I still think the end of Mass Effect 3 was great!
